A focused way to begin care before deciding whether ongoing membership support is right for you.

Join any membership within 30 days of your Starter Bundle follow-up visit and the full $600 goes toward your membership.

Membership discounts, secure portal messaging, and direct physician phone and text access are not included. Non-members may communicate by email or voice messages.

Membership terms

Memberships require a one-year commitment from your join date, whether paid monthly or annually. Annual payment saves about 10% compared with 12 monthly payments. Labs, medications, and supplements are billed separately, with your membership discount applied. Unused visits do not roll over. Member phone and text access is during business hours. Pinnacle same-day scheduling is subject to availability.

Visit policies

Appointment, cancellation, and refund terms are provided before enrollment or booking. No insurance is billed. HSA/FSA eligibility depends on your plan. Superbills are available on request; reimbursement is not guaranteed.
